Managing Director

Mr. Vogel is Interim-Manager and Consultant for M&A and Performance Management in industrial companies and financial investors.

He is the founder and Managing Director of VM Value Management GmbH and professor at the FOM University of Applied Sciences. At the same time he carries out various advisory boards, including the Frankfurt Society for Trade, Industry and Science. Previously he was Managing Director at Proudfoot, Roland Berger, Lehman Brothers and ThyssenKrupp.

The team led by Professor Jochen Vogel has an average of 15-20 years of professional experience in management positions and consulting expertise in the industrial and private equity business.

Areas of competence

The VM team members have worked in leading international consultancy on projects with an operational focus. Some come directly from leadership positions in the industry such as operational management, plant management, production management and COO.
Our team members are selected M&A specialists. They have worked both in international investment banking as well as in commercial management functions / CFO.
